Do you take insurance?

I am not currently taking insurance. However, I am an “out of network provider.” Meaning, I am more than happy to provide you with a super bill to submit to your Insurance company.

Can you make me a meal plan?

During our time together, we can definitely collaborate to create some direction when planning meals! I think it is very important that you are involved in this process. With that being said, I do not currently offer meal plans as a stand alone service. Please get in touch with me if you have more questions about this.

Do you offer in-person sessions?

For the time being, I am a totally virtual practice. However, I hope to offer in-person sessions in the near future.
